Not pleased

This is the third quad slipper that I have purchased. The first two I love them they fit perfectly. Ordered the bomber in a size 7, which is the same size that the other two hour, and it was too large. Emailed your company annd was informed that since it was a custom slipper I should mail it back at my own expense and they will see if there was a problem. I will do that, but a bit concerned that the adage “customer is always right” does not apply in this instance. I will save my final opinion/rating dependent on the outcome of this transaction.

Great slipper!

I love these slippers! They fit snug and “hug” my feet. I like that the bottom sole is rugged, yet flexible. Only thing I noticed was a “bump” in the bottom of the right slipper. It was really uncomfortable at first, but seems to be a little better after a couple of wears. Overall, this is a great slipper. If the bump ever goes away, I will give 5 stars.
