Footwear Sizing Guide
Measuring is quick, simply: DRAW, STAND, MARK & MEASURE
Step 1
DRAW
On a flat surface, DRAWa straight line (longer than your foot) on a piece of paper or cardboard.
Step 2
STAND
In bare feet, STAND with your heel and longest toe, centered on the line.
Step 3
MARK
Place a MARK on the line at the tip of the longest toe and at the back of the heel, MEASURE between marks. Repeat this step for the other foot. If possible, have someone draw the lines for you.
Use the larger of the two measurements.
Step 4
MEASURE
MEASURE INSTEP (center of foot)
MEASURE GIRTH (widest part before toes) with a flex tape.
